Want to know who will be guiding you through your recovery process during your stay at The Little Beach House? We have a diverse team dedicated to ensuring your overall well being. Meet them below.
Theren has worked for multiple behavioral health entities and has privately consulted families and individuals on the best options, resources, and practices toward recovery. Starting in his late teenage years, he found himself admitted into treatment centers without a clue of who he was, what he liked, and where he wanted to go in life. He had glimpses of the person he possibly wanted to be, but was never able to become that person. He eventually found himself willing to say he would do whatever it takes to get sober. Recovery and growth happened for Theren when he pushed himself to face his fears and get out of his comfort zone. He questioned and dissected his dislikes and the exterior of his comfort zone as a way of further creating a life he would actually enjoy.
Recovery for Theren has been trial and error, finding what works for him and what doesn’t. His conclusion is that you will learn from your mistakes, but it doesn’t matter what you have done in the past; it matters what you’re doing in order to create the life you love. Theren finds passion in helping you with the change part.
Cameron has been working in the behavioral healthcare field for close to a decade consulting clients and their families on the most ethical and comprehensive treatment options available. Cameron’s desire to help those in need truly reflects in each relationship he builds. Cameron got sober at 19 years old, when his addiction had caused much wreckage in all aspects of his life.
With personal experience as a client in treatment programs and transitional living houses, he wanted to create a community that truly allows people to become the best versions of themselves mentally, physically, and spiritually, while also understanding every individual has unique needs, wants, and goals.
Andrew started his journey of sobriety six years ago. After years of failure and many hardships, he gradually rebuilt his life and developed practices and a community that completely transformed the direction of his life. After having a rough start, Andrew cleaned up his wreckage and was able to establish himself as a business owner and entrepreneur. Andrew went from being unemployable to managing and building multiple successful businesses.
Andrew has a deep experience with the 12-step process and has found a way to clearly apply the steps to effectively enhance his life. Having mentored many in business and sponsored many in sobriety, Andrew has experience passing along valuable lessons and skills that were taught to him along his journey. Now through Little Beach House, Andrew is looking to inspire others and help them to experience their own journeys to rebuild and enhance their lives.

I believe healing is a journey of integrating past experiences and reconnecting with our authentic selves. I support clients in transforming past pain to cultivate a sense of ease, even during challenging times. Together, we’ll use tools to help lessen automatic fight, flight, freeze and fawn patterns that hold you back. I understand how trauma can shape limiting beliefs and impact our inner dialogue. In our work, we’ll challenge those beliefs, explore new perspectives, and create self-compassionate ways of thinking. My approach emphasizes reconnecting with your body and resilience, while also strengthening your unique sense of spirituality, however you define it. Through somatic practices and compassionate inquiry of our defensive reactions, we can reconnect to our inner wisdom. I believe in honoring your personal pace, celebrating incremental progress as we explore healthier coping mechanisms and daily habits.
We aim to push individuals to explore interests, goals, hobbies, and passions, while guiding them to discover more about themselves. We help people recovering build a real foundation of what their life can look like outside of treatment.
