The only 90-day men’s PHP transitional treatment program rooted in clinical structure, community, and the freedom of coastal living.

More Than a Sober Living. A Full Treatment Program.

The Little Beach House is a 90-day intensive PHP men’s program that bridges the gap between residential treatment and independent living. You live steps from the ocean, surrounded by a clinical team, a recovery community, and the structure that makes lasting change possible.

Clinical Structure

10 hours of clinical programming weekly, overseen by a licensed medical and therapy team.

Experiential Living

10 hours of outdoor, adventure, and experiential activity — surfing, hiking, and more.

Community & Accountability

Live alongside men who are doing the same work. Real accountability, real relationships.

Steps From the Ocean. Healing in One of LA's Most Iconic Neighborhoods.

Venice Beach is not just a backdrop — it’s part of the program. Our beachfront property puts you within a five-minute walk of the boardwalk, the skate park, Muscle Beach, and miles of open coastline. When you’re not in programming, you have the freedom to surf, walk, and breathe.

This is what recovery looks like when it’s built around real life — not locked in a facility.

A therapeutic transitional living house is a structured environment designed to help individuals maintain sobriety and build a healthy life, free from alcohol, drugs, and other addictive behaviors. These programs typically provide community, mentorship, and access to professional mental health and recovery resources.

The Little Beach House is a cash-pay program offering private and shared rooms, with costs that vary based on room type, program structure, and the individualized plan designed for each resident. Contact us for current pricing and to learn what’s included.

Our core program runs 90 days, though some clients choose to extend their stay based on their individual goals and needs. Recovery is not one-size-fits-all — we build timelines around what it takes to build a real life in sobriety.

Beyond a significantly higher chance of maintaining sobriety, residents gain access to a clinical team, consistent accountability, recovery coaching, and experiential programming that most individuals can’t access on their own. You leave with more than sobriety — you leave with a plan.

Yes. The Little Beach House conducts random drug testing for all residents to maintain a safe and accountable environment for the entire community.

While The Little Beach House is not exclusively a 12-step program, we believe support groups are a proven component of sustainable recovery. Residents are required to attend a minimum of Four approved support group meetings per week — AA qualifies, as do other approved organizations.
