An experiential life skills-focused transitional living program driven by community and supported clinically
At our dedicated therapeutic transitional living program tailored for men aged 18-38, situated in a supportive beachside environment, we offer specialized support for individuals grappling with mental health and substance abuse challenges. Our program places a strong emphasis on nurturing crucial life skills through recovery coaching, mentorship, access to a long-term clinical team, the 12 steps of AA, while fostering deep connections within a dynamic recovery community. This framework serves as a stepping stone towards a meaningful and enriched life in Los Angeles.
Our approach is centered on sustaining long-term recovery by empowering individuals to foster a healthier relationship with themselves. In contrast to conventional 30-day residential treatment models, which often focus on identifying negative behaviors and maladaptive patterns, our program provides practical guidance on applying these insights in real-world scenarios. We acknowledge that many men struggling with mental health and substance issues benefit greatly from learning through observation and hands-on practice, rather than purely instructional methods.
Our program operates on an open community model that encourages participants to observe, emulate, and learn from one another. We recognize a significant gap in the treatment industry when it comes to transitioning from residential care to independent living. Many individuals leaving treatment experience uncertainty in navigating life beyond an institutionalized setting, often lacking the necessary guidance and support for a successful transition. This uncertainty can lead to feelings of anxiety, confusion, and the pull to revert to familiar habits for comfort.
Our tailored program is specifically crafted to educate and empower men in constructing a fulfilling life post-treatment. We strive to empower you to craft the life you envision and equip you with the tools needed to navigate and maintain it effectively.
